Ancient Aliens touched on something in their program which I have been talking about off and on for years, it is the fact when something is found and it doesn’t fit the parameters of what scientists think it should, they put it off to the side and sometimes just forget about it. This time they were talking about a hammer with a wooden handle which I have spoken about before. It was found in a strata of earth which was about 140 million years old. The item was sent to a lab to be dated and the lab report dated it at 140 million years old, so they sent it to a different lab and again a report came back with the same date. The steel head of the hammer was studied and incredibly it was made without any carbon traces, something which we cannot do today. This is not the only unexplainable object which has been found, not by a long shot. When things like this are found they are said to be out of time, some just say they are out of place.

Sometimes it doesn’t matter how many excuses science makes when something is discovered, because of the way it is covered. One of the objects I am talking about was found inside of a stone. The stone was not very big only about 5 or 6 millimeters, but this was big enough to hold its treasure. The treasure was an ordinary screw. What makes this case really baffling is the fact the age of the rock the screw was inside was thought to be 300,000,000 years old or more. How could a screw have been made when it was thought humans did not exist yet? Obviously there are a couple of answers to a question like this, the first being we are wrong thinking humans didn’t exist or there was an advanced race on this planet which was not human and created the screw. This race could have been native to earth or from somewhere else. There might be even more answers to this question, but these are the ones which come immediately to mind.

There have been other objects which have been found deep inside rocks and one which really baffles scientists is a beautiful Bell shaped object. Inscribed on it are trees and vines. It could be some sort of a vase, because it has an opening on top of its bell-shaped wide base which has a neck that protrudes from the top and seems to be there to hold flowers. The object is inlaid with fine silver. If one was to see it they might think it was somewhere around 1,000 to 1,500 years old and came from the Middle East, but the object is far older than that. It is so old many scientists believe its age is impossible, because it was found embedded in 15 feet of solid rock and that rock was many millions of years old. In 1851 workers were using explosive to blast rock when a big chunk of rock came flying out which held the artifact. The artifact had been blown into two pieces. The story of how it was found appeared in Scientific American on June 7, 1851. For the story to appear in Scientific American it must’ve had credibility.

Sometimes things are found which are even more mysterious, such as a blue stone known as a Skystone. The stone is unique, there is no other one like it or at least another one has never been found. An archaeologist was on a dig in 1990 in Sierra Leone when he came across the stone and he thought it was very odd, because he had never seen anything like it. It was blue with white veins running through it. He decided to send samples of it to several different laboratories in different countries. Samples went to Geneva, Tokyo, Rome and Germany and even though it was sent out to so many different places for examination the laboratories all said the same thing, the stone does not exist in nature on this planet. So what does this mean? Many people think this stone is an ancient example of a synthetic stone which may have been created by humans, however in this case I am not so sure. Perhaps the stone is what is left from in ancient meteor strike. Hopefully we will have an answer to this someday.

When we look at these objects which are out of time it is very important their source be verified. We certainly don’t want to be fooled by some hoax and we don’t want to be misled by something which may be ancient, but nowhere near as old as some experts think it might be. There are some objects which skeptics have picked out as being not what they are portrayed. They are not necessarily millions of years old and some of them don’t claim to be. One of these objects is the pillar of Delhi. It is 23 feet high, iron  and never rusts and is thought to have been created in 402 A.D. it is there for all to see and yet many skeptics dismiss it and there is even a Wikipedia article which calls the object that doesn’t rust an unlikely interpretation, whatever that means. If it means it does rust one can look at it and see for themselves it isn’t rusting, if it means something else I have no idea what that is.

No I am not going to say interpretation of evidence is always correct, but there certainly are curious things which have been found and one of these is a skull from Paleolithic times. It is thirty-eight thousand years old and has a perfect circular hole on one side and shattering on the other side where something passed through the skull with a lot of force, much more force than a spear or arrow. There are quite a few people who believe this ancient person was shot with a bullet. There is not enough evidence in this case to reach that conclusion with certainty, but there is a good chance it might have happened somehow. On the other hand how do we know someone didn’t shoot the skull in the recent past? I would never be too quick to jump to conclusions in these cases.

Sometimes things are found which are so odd they question who else is on this planet with us. In 1888 skeletons were found in Minnesota which look completely human except each skull had a double row of teeth. A man named Ed Conrad found fossilized human bones in rocks which were dated at about three hundred million years old. There has been a lot of talk about this kind of find and many people suspect finding human bones which are this old has happened quite a few times and scientists just disregard these finds, because they don’t fit into the norm. In Pennsylvania human skulls were found which had horns and these skulls belonged to humans which were over 7 feet tall.

We have found a lot of strange things on this planet and there are probably a lot more we haven’t been told about. I would love to know what the government knows about similar things, but there isn’t much chance of that happening.
