The Unexplainable A man was skiing on Whiteface Mountain in New York state. The slopes were probably crowded since there are a lot of avid skiers in the area and other skiers who came from miles around to go there and even from other states. The skier himself had come from Toronto, Canada to go there. Everything seemed normal until this guy vanished from the mountain. His friends looked everywhere for him and combed the entire resort. Search parties had also explored the resort looking for him for many hours. This was mysterious enough, but his being discovered was even more strange and mysterious. He was found in California wearing the same clothes. Neither the man or his friends believe he flew there, because his passport was left behind. When the man was found by the police they said he was in a very confused state. He was found six days later in Sacramento with a fresh haircut. He also had a new IPhone, but no money and somehow made his way to the Sacramento airport. He had absolutely no idea how he had gotten there. He said as a matter of fact he had no memory of anything in the past six days. What he thought he remembered was he was skiing in New York and something hit him in the back of the head. He also remembered a truck driver and being in a truck, but that was it. As I said he had no idea how he got to California. The man has no history of mental illness or of drug use. In 2007 something smashed into the ground, it was a meteorite. It landed creating a large crater in the earth as meteorites often do. There was an explosion when it hit, which was so powerful it shook Caracas in Peru. I can only imagine the residents probably thought a large bomb must have went off, but as I said this bomb was from the reaches of outer space. Over 200 residents of a nearby village started to get sick not long after that. The government decided to send out investigators and sent the police and government inspectors. They immediately went to the impact crater and became sick. Somehow this meteor was creating illness. This just goes to show us there is so much going on in the universe you never know what it is going to throw at us next. A lot of strange things have washed up on shores all over the world. I remember when cases of sneakers had fallen into the ocean and were being washed up in different places, but this is nothing compared to what I am about to tell you. Some gory things have washed up, but usually they are one of a kind, but this wasn’t what happened. The Pacific Northwest has been the target of human feet washing up on shore and these feet are in shoes and mostly left feet. In the last decade thirteen of these feet have washed up and no one knows where they are coming from. Excuse me for laughing, but scientists have claimed there is no foul play involved. This is an amazing statement under the circumstances and makes us wonder how they can tell this with only a foot to examine. The scientists think there were bodies in the water of people who died on the shore and the warm water made their bodies fall apart. I hate to ask this question, but where are the rest of the parts which should be washing up also? Sometime science makes discoveries which seem to be very strange. One of these discoveries was made in 2003 when a race of hobbits was discovered on the Indonesian island of Flores. The hobbits were all deceased, but their bones were found. The first skeleton which was found was that of a female who was 3.5 feet tall. At first it was believed this was a unique skeleton. They couldn’t have been more wrong, because later they began to find more skeletons of the same stature. The belief is this is a newly discovered species, but scientists don’t know where they came from or how they fit in our evolutionary tree. We can find ancient walls all over the world. There is the Great Wall, Hadrian’s Wall and many others and we know all about them. This is not true however for Khatt Shebib. Khatt Shebib is a wall which is 93 miles long and in Jordan. The wall also contains sections where two walls ran side by side. It was about 39 inches high when it was built, indicating it was not built for defense. Here is the thing, nothing is known about this wall. We don’t know what it was for, who built it or when it was built. There are a tremendous number of unexplained things which are either happening or have happened all around the world. There are weird sounds which only some people can hear, there are ancient constructions being found without knowing who made them and strange events which happen. These are all things which we cannot explain. One would think by this time and age we could solve a lot of these mysteries and yet the answers evade us.
